INTEGRATIVE THERAPIES GROUP

Located in two physical (in-person) locations: Tacoma and Mount Vernon, Washington, and via telehealth in the states of Washington and Idaho. We provide psychotherapy/counseling, life coaching and whole person health for individuals and couples in the Puget Sound Lowlands (Pierce, King & Kitsap Counties), and the Northwest Region (Whatcom, Island and Skagit Counties) struggling with relationships, intimacy, sexuality, trauma and addiction, especially sexual/porn compulsion/addiction.

We hope that you have arrived here, because you are beginning to take steps toward a better life for you and those you care about. If you are feeling depressed, anxious, hurt, confused, or angry, we can work together to gain a more complete understanding about your life that will offer you the opportunity to grow, heal and become healthier emotionally, mentally and physically.

On the other hand, if you are stuck and needing an extra boost in either your attitude or process towards work, career, school, sport or other performance oriented aspects of your life, we will challenge, struggle and dig deep with you to find new directions, avenues, attitudes and achievements with you.

Hello! I’m Matt, I work as the Lead Therapist, Life Coach, Coordinating Clinician & Owner of Integrative Therapies Group. Whatever your problem, struggle, desire &/or hope may be, we look forward to working with you.

ADDICTIONS

We primarily treat sexual and/or pornography addiction/compulsion, but we can also treat for other forms of addiction, such as: love, alcohol, drugs, screens: social media/video or computer games and work.

TRAUMA

In the work of addiction and many mental health struggles we are always walking with our clients in their trauma, either presently or in the past. We are trained in many ways to help folks process through their traumas so that they can live more present and aware lives.

THERAPY WITH MEN

Much of our work in sex addiction therapy is with men who struggle with such addictions/compulsions which includes an addiction to pornography and social media. Most men heal best in their struggles with individual therapy, group therapy and other recovery group commitments.

In my counseling work with women, I most often work with you on your trauma, hurt and continuing well being as you are or have been in a relationship with a person who struggles with sexual addiction/compulsion.
